He asked, She said Yes!

Merry Merry Christmas to you all!  We had a fantastic Christmas indeed!  We spent Saturday night celebrating with my family for Adrians birthday! we made delicious personal pizzas and enjoyed our time together while Adrian opened presents. then we all opened our 1 present for christmas eve.  Then we went to Nates family christmas party, but everyone had left before we got there at 6 ): bummer.  so we went back to my parents house and spent time with them then stayed there and woke up Christmas morning to open presents together. and boy did Santa spoil us all this year!
Then we drove back to Gunnison to have dinner with Nates mom, and it was so delicious! we played games and watched movies and had a good time.
Then we drove around town looking at all the lights, then went back to nates...

He told me there was another present for me so i was looking at the tree and he said "wait i found it, turn around" and he was on his knee with my ring and proposed. I will never forget how he asked, he is so amazing. I am the luckiest girl ever.  I love my fiance!

our love story began

In september 2010 I got a message on facebook from a guy I had never met. I was very skeptical reading it as it said something along the lines of " you are gorgeous and seem like a fun & interesting gal, I would really like to get to know you, I hope to hear from you soon"- Fred (his nickname ?)    I was sick of guys at the time so I completely ignored it, and also I was headed out to South Carolina to help Bonnie pack up all her stuff so after my dad went out there and married her she could move back to Utah.  Then a few days later he said basically the same thing but included that he wasn't a creep and he really does want the chance to get to know me. so I let him! and i am sure glad i did!  We spent the whole month i was in South Carolina getting to know each other, first a few messages, then texting non stop and then finally calling each other every night!  When I got back I was so ready but nervous to meet him...  as luck would have it life got really busy for both of us so we weren't able to see each other for a couple weeks. But then he invited me down to his house offering home cooked meal; pot roast (: it was so delicious. and Honestly, It was love from the first second we saw each other.
We have been in love and together ever since. (:   I am so glad to have a man like him.
